Mental Health

If you or someone in your life is struggling with their mental health, it is so important to seek support if you feel you are unable to cope. If you do not feel comfortable reaching out to a friend or family member, Our welfare officers, Aran and Lauren are more than happy to receive a message from you, day or night. Alternatively, we have listed some amazing resources below. If you are worried about someone else, please do also reach out to Aran and Lauren or any of the organisations below who will be able to advise you on how to help.
